5. Weather and Operational Conditions
Aero Atlantic Panama is not responsible for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, rerouting, or any other disruption caused by weather conditions or other operational safety considerations.
Weather in Panama can be unpredictable, and flight operations may need to change on short notice for safety reasons.
6. Connection Flights and Third-Party Travel
Aero Atlantic Panama is not responsible for missed connection flights, missed airline segments, missed hotel arrangements, tours, ground transportation, or any third-party travel service connected to a booking.
Passengers are strongly advised not to book tight connection flights or any onward travel that depends on exact timing, as weather and operational conditions in Panama may affect the schedule.
7. Refund Method
When a refund is approved under this policy, the refund will be processed using the original payment method unless Aero Atlantic Panama confirms otherwise in writing.
8. Company-Initiated Changes
If Aero Atlantic Panama cancels or cannot operate a booking for reasons other than passenger cancellation or no-show, the company may offer one of the following, depending on the case:
- reprogramming to another available date or time,
- travel credit, or
- a refund, when applicable.
Any such resolution remains subject to operational review and the specific circumstances of the booking.
9. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for reviewing this policy before booking and for allowing enough time in their travel plans to account for operational delays, weather disruptions, and schedule adjustments.
