1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting a booking request, purchasing a service, or travelling with Aero Atlantic Panama, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Aero Atlantic Panama provides domestic air transportation and related booking services in Panama, including private charter flights and shared flights when available.
All services are subject to aircraft availability, operational limitations, weather conditions, airport or airstrip conditions, crew availability, maintenance requirements, regulatory requirements, and final confirmation by the company.
3. Booking Requests and Confirmation
A booking request does not become a confirmed reservation until Aero Atlantic Panama has reviewed the request, confirmed operational availability, and issued a booking confirmation.
The company reserves the right to reject, decline, or revise any request that cannot be safely or properly operated.
4. Prices, Quotes, and Displayed Fares
Prices shown on the website, route pages, advertisements, search pages, or destination pages are subject to confirmation.
For charter flights, any visible “from” price is a reference price only. Final pricing may vary depending on route, aircraft type, schedule, operational requirements, passenger weight, baggage, airport conditions, airstrip conditions, and other flight-related factors.
For shared flights, pricing is based on the fare and seat availability published at the time of booking.
5. Passenger Information
Passengers must provide complete and accurate information during the booking process, including full name, contact information, number of passengers, and baggage details.
Aero Atlantic Panama is not responsible for issues, delays, or denied boarding caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late passenger information.
6. Travel Documents
Each passenger is responsible for carrying all documents required for travel, identification, access, security screening, or destination compliance, including passport, Panamanian ID, resident card, or any other applicable document.
Failure to present valid documents may result in denied boarding or service interruption, subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
7. Aircraft Assignment and Substitution
Aircraft shown on the website or in booking communications are subject to final operational confirmation.
Aero Atlantic Panama may substitute the aircraft type whenever reasonably necessary for operational, safety, maintenance, scheduling, payload, runway, or availability reasons.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the company does not guarantee a specific aircraft registration.
8. Passenger Weight, Baggage, and Load Limitations
Passenger count and baggage do not automatically guarantee acceptance for a specific aircraft.
All flights remain subject to weight and balance limitations, baggage space, aircraft performance, fuel requirements, runway conditions, and operational safety margins.
If the requested passenger and baggage load does not fit the aircraft originally shown or quoted, Aero Atlantic Panama may offer a larger aircraft, revise the quotation, request baggage reduction, or decline the booking if the flight cannot be safely operated.
9. Dangerous Goods and Restricted Items
Passengers must not bring prohibited, undeclared, or unsafe items on board. This includes dangerous goods, restricted articles, unsafe batteries, flammable items, and any article that may create a safety risk during air transport.
Aero Atlantic Panama may inspect, refuse, or remove any item that appears unsafe, undeclared, prohibited, or non-compliant with applicable aviation safety requirements.
10. Reporting Time, Check-In, and No-Show
Passengers must arrive or be ready at the time stated in their booking confirmation or as instructed by Aero Atlantic Panama.
For shared flights, the company may establish a mandatory reporting or check-in time. For charter flights, passengers must be ready at the agreed departure location and time.
Late arrival, failure to appear, or failure to comply with the stated check-in or reporting instructions may be treated as a no-show.
11. Delays, Schedule Changes, and Operational Interruptions
All schedules are subject to operational reality. Aero Atlantic Panama may delay, reschedule, reroute, or cancel a flight due to weather, safety considerations, air traffic restrictions, maintenance, crew limitations, runway or airport conditions, regulatory action, force majeure, or any circumstance beyond the company’s reasonable control.
The company will make reasonable efforts to notify passengers of material operational changes.
12. Right to Refuse Carriage
Aero Atlantic Panama reserves the right to refuse carriage, deny boarding, or remove a passenger whenever reasonably necessary for safety, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
- Intoxication or disruptive conduct
- Refusal to follow crew instructions
- Unsafe baggage or cargo
- Documentation problems
- Health or fitness concerns affecting safe transport
- Any conduct or condition that may compromise the safe operation of the flight
13. Shared Flights
Shared flights are subject to minimum participation, operational viability, and schedule publication by Aero Atlantic Panama.
The company may change, reschedule, or cancel a shared flight when the minimum required participation is not reached, when the flight becomes operationally unavailable, or when safety or regulatory conditions require a change.
14. Charter Flights
Charter services are quoted and operated based on route planning, aircraft suitability, operational availability, and final confirmation.
Charter flight pricing is not based solely on passenger count. Passenger count and baggage are used primarily to determine whether the aircraft can safely operate the requested flight.
15. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, due dates, payment deadlines, and payment instructions will be governed by the booking confirmation and the payment request issued by Aero Atlantic Panama.
Failure to pay within the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the booking request or reservation.
16. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation, rebooking, credit, refund, and no-show treatment are governed by the Aero Atlantic Panama Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of the overall booking conditions.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aero Atlantic Panama shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from delays, schedule changes, operational interruptions, weather events, regulatory restrictions, missed connections, or force majeure.
Where applicable, passenger, baggage, and transport-related liability may be governed by mandatory aviation law or international carriage rules.
18. Website Content and Route Pages
Destination pages, route pages, “from” prices, estimated travel times, aircraft references, and similar content are provided for general marketing and booking guidance only.
Such content does not constitute a final fare, guaranteed aircraft assignment, or binding transport commitment unless expressly confirmed in writing by Aero Atlantic Panama.
19. Privacy and Communications
By submitting a booking request or using the website, you consent to receiving communications from Aero Atlantic Panama regarding your request, booking, flight information, payment, or service updates.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, except where mandatory aviation or international transport rules apply otherwise.
21. Amendments
Aero Atlantic Panama may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of use, booking request, or purchase shall apply unless otherwise stated.
22. Contact
For questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, booking conditions, or operational matters, please contact Aero Atlantic Panama using the contact information published on the website.
